Hello.
I'm wondering why we now have to hold down the shift key and then press enter to go to a user profile. Also, when you click the back button to get out of a user profile's window, it doesn't click, or you have to alt tab out of the zone and alt tab back into it. Secondly, with new profiles, there is no longer a spot for people to put their contact info. Is there a reason for this? Can things go back to the way they were? I liked it much better.

um, no you just press enter on a user and it opens a new window for the user profile. they changed it so the profile opens in a new window, so just eeither alt F4 out of it, or there's a "close button" at the bottom of the window and it will then get you back on the zone. No quicknotes appear in the user profile window.
It just seemed to me that the change was totally unnecessary. I don't know who requested it but it is a bit more of a pain then it's worth.
i actually really like it. especially now that quick notes have been taken out of the profile window. that means that you can view the profile at the your leasure while still be doing things on other parts of the sight.
jaz, if you have pop up blocker on, that is why you have to use shift enter.
From what I understand, they didn't do it because of a request but more because it was just something they wanted to impliment anyway.
angel77 is correct jazzdogg1. it sounds as though you have your pop-up blocker switched on. just "alt T" for your tools menu, arrow down until you get to "Pop-up Blocker". enter on that and you can switch it off from in that submenu. then it will work just as it used too.
